Create a service user

Hello,

For the Service BBPAT04, I have to create a service user in order to not have to logon to access the transaction.

What kind of user Have I to create? dialog? whith wich authorization?

Check the last post

user type = service.

auth profile, either sap_all for testing, then you can create a more restrictive one with the admin.

But with wrong manipulation I put the question as answered so I thought that it will be better to create a new one for this thing.

Hi Eileen,

You can solve this assigning the standar role SAP_EC_BBP_CREATEUSER to the service user

In SU01,under LOGON DATA tab,you need to select the USER TYPE as "SERVICE".
