How do we clear the message which have the STOP icon in the Q.status column?

I am also getting same problem.
I am in Prod Side.
I have tried re active the queue somany time.
But still its shows SYSFAIL and Xi message stopped due to internal error.
Please help me.
Its urgent.

Hi,
Clicking on the queue name takes you to the the message inbound /outbound queue list(SMQ2/SMQ1).Activate and refresh the queue to clear off the messages for sucessul execution .If SYSFAIL message persists ,right click and save the LUW and view the details in SMQ3 /resend the message if cannot be activated from SMQ2/SMQ1.

Click on the queue name and it will take you to another screen. Now double click on the queue name and you will find all the entries in the queue here. You can delete all / only the first errored msg here.

that is if it's a <b>dev</b> XI system of course
if PRD you need to restart the queue so as not to loose the message
