Hello Experts,

I am working on complex OD scenario. My requirement is for Customer 1,i have two separate deliveries created in ECC which passes on to EWM. Now I have two Warehouse requests (both have packing consolidation checked) for which I created two warehouse tasks. Both WT's already have same consolidation group assigned. I want system to create only one Warehouse order for both task because my rule says one consolidation group per warehouse order. Instead two separate warehouse orders are getting created. What could be other influencing parameter to group tasks from different warehouse request in one order? Can someone help me with that?

Regards,

Khushboo

Hi Khushboo,

What do you with Packing consolidation Check?

Pack.Consol - check is a replica of order combination of ERP customer master data.

Consolidation group is determined in EWM  and determined by the combination of warehouse+ship to party+route+del pri+door.

if you wanto assign to same warehouse from two deliveries... Assign the dliveries to a wave.

In Limit you can specify the consolidation group per WO.

Hi Khusboo,

your WOCR was found? But how did you create the WTs? Individually? Then you never get one WO. Because the WO gets created when you create and save a WT. But then no WO gets updated (means another WO added). So first you need a wave. Just a Petr described.

Hi!

Can you share detail screen shot with data of two created warehouse orders and tasks?

I want to see these fields:

WO: Activity Area, WOCR

WT: Activity, WPT, Dest,st.bin

BR, Alex.

Hello,

I think this can be achieved only by using wave and 2-step picking.

Hi,

you can read the standard documentation here. As long as the warehouse requests belong to the same wave and have the same consolidation group, you can set the system to group tasks by AA, Queue and consolidation group.

Actually 2-step picking is not prerequisite.
