CJ44 update/calculation issue if total drops to the value 0

Hi everyone,

I have a pb with CJ44 to update the Overheads when the total amount drops to 0.

Here's the case :

1/ I post 1000€ to wbs

CJI3 :+ 1000€

2/ I use CJ44 to generate OH => OH calculated properly +29€ 

3/ I post a reverse : - 1000€ to wbs

cji3 = - 1000

total cji3 = +1000 - 1000 = 0

4/ I use CJ44 to adjust OH

     => but OH don't calculate : I wanted it to ajust and calculate -29€

     => I even tried to reverse in CJ44 but doesn't work

I think there is a problem in CJ44 to adjust OH when the total amount drops to ''0''

Because I test this : if I post another +150 € on the wbs, it works properly => CJ44 calculates an adjustment of -23,91€ . And, at this point,  I can even reverse in CJ44 the - 29€ .

My Question : Do you know why it doesn't work when adjusting OH if total amount = 0 ? is there a way to make it work ?

I have checked Note 652572, but it is already applied in our programme.

I am still looking at 398639 which proposes a list of Notes.

Looking through notes, I think I have figured out why it doesn't work : the pg CJ44 doesn't process wbs without costs. so it seems also to apply if cumulative costs are zero.

I have found this Note :1824809 - Cumulated overhead rate: No costs from previous period

this note refers to 760699

I am not sure it is related to my problem . It talks about cumulative Overhead. But we don't use cumulative Overhead, The pg only calculates the Overheads based on the costs posted in the current period.

Even though it doesn't seem related, the note refers to ''Objects without current costs are not processed''.

I am still looking and will let your know if I find something.
