safety stock planning in SNP

Hi Gurus

i  have entered safety stock in Product master directly with safety stock method SB.But this safety stock is not showing Product view.

what are the other setting required to display the safety stock in Product view.

Also does Production storage cost have any impact on,"On time delivery"means creation of receipt in the same bucket as demand is  in Optimization run or it is used for only safety stock planning.

Hi Ramesh,

safety stock values will not be displayed as receipt/supply element in the product view.

If you want to display the safety stock values in product view, you can run PPDS heuristics

and create them in live cache as the demand elements.
