HR triggers and BRF+ - unable to enter Function id

Hello experts,

I am trying to activate HR triggers in GRC 10.1 - as we want to use HR system as authentication system - and I have run into an issue seems that a data element was deleted by error and I can not apply the steps as indicated in snote : 1591291

In SPRO/GRC/Maintain AC applications and BRFplus Functions the - HR triggers is there with the function id number, but when I go into brf+ workbench and attempt to perform the actions - open object and paste the id copied - I get a message -

No objects found which match the search criteria

I am trying to locate a "step by step" doc anybody has done to try and find print screens to figure out what I am not doing correctly.

In the  change log I have found that a data object was created and then subsequently deleted, how can I ensure that the data object

(Application ID) is re-created ?
