Hi Raj,
I think you are in /scwm/prdi transaction and from there you are trying to create warehouse task.
So the error message which you are getting is of the case when the warehouse task is already been created for your product in outbound delivery.
To cross check, Take the product/Handling Unit ( if you have already created Pack Spec for the product ) and look for open warehouse task in /scwm/mon . If Open warehouse task is then cancel it and then again try to create the task from your inbound delivery.

As per Suraj suggestion, Kindly check the Handling Unit Tab. If there is no entry then check the SMQ1 in ECC and SMQ2 in EWM.
