Hi experts.
We are using the AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE report to close "old" incidents, which has been in status "Proposed Solution".
When the program is manually run is the field with the Document Name "AISDK_AUTO_CLOSE".
This then makes an update of the incident with the following text:
************************************************************************
Message automatically processed by report "AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE".
New user status: &&'Confirmed'(E0008)&&
************************************************************************
We are on SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1 SP 14
How to change this text?
Thanks
Bo Schlichting
Hi Bo Schlichting,
You can create your own text document in se61 and then to get your document inserted you should add your document name to the field "DOCUMENT NAME" of report AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE.

Hi Bo
It's most likely triggered in include SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE_F02 ~you could debug through to find out.
It's piece of standard SAP code that logs in the ticket which source changed the ticket with which status.
I wouldn't recommend making adjustments in there.
Just out of curiosity, why do you want to do that?
Best regards
Tom

Hi Tom
Thanks for the feedback.
The reason is that the text is written in the incidents and as our Service Desk is customer oriented, do I need to give them a bit more than that.
New text will be:
************************************************************************
The ticket has been closed.
The ticket has been in status “Proposed Solution” for a long period.
New status: Auto Confirmed
Message status automatically updated, by report "AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE".
************************************************************************
Best regards,
Bo
