BPMON integration with Third party tool

Hello All,

We have a requirement for integrating BPMON alerts to third party ticketing tool. Right now, we send notifications directly through mail id. Would like to raise an incident through the third party tool. In our environment, we use netcool as ticketing tool and we are in SOLMAN 7.1 SP12 .

Can someone help on this ?

Can you try to perform it with SNMP traps.

Also r3maitrap is majorly used for sending it from solman.

We want to use IBM tivoli manager to send alerts to the ticketing tool. Will try using OS command adapter and check it.
