Multiple Security Deposits

Hi Exports,

I need your support to fulfil below requirement.

Business need different types of  security deposits. We have maintained custom Z* Main and Sub Transactions with statistical key "H".

Example:

Security Deposit 1 : Main Trans:ZXX1

                              Sub Trans  ZXX1

Security Deposit 2 : Main Trans:ZXX2

                              Sub Trans  ZXX2

While creation of SD Request system fetching Main and Sub 0020/0020 instated of Custom Transactions. 

Business required Custom Transactions while creating SD.

Please Share your valuable  inputs to fulfil the requirement.

HI Srinivas,

In posting area 1010 you can assign only one main and sub transaction for statistical key 'H', generally they will be defaulted to 0020 and 0020.

I don't think system will allow you to have separate main and sub for deposit request.

But based on division and ADID you can influence difference liability account if that's what you are looking to accomplish.
