tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed. tp: 0012

Hi,

We are getting

"

Return code from tp: 0012

Error text from tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed" error while exporting the transport request.

We have updated tp and R3trans to the latest version. Maintained CTC =1 as well.

RSTPTEST report is executed without any errors.

All the three tests(Connection test, transport directory and transport tool) from STMS went fine.

Kindly provide the pointers to fix this issue.

if yes, would you mind to rename the buffer files under your usr\sap\trans\buffer folder and try again?

The issue has been fixed after redistributing and activating the STMS.

Can you share more details in regards to the error? Also did you check log files under tmp and log folder under the trans directory?
