We are on SAP-PPM 6.0.
We are required to create PS Project (WBS) from a Portfolio Item.
What are the required steps?
We carried out a few steps but ran into a dead-end.
1. Create Item Type.
Here, we specified "Project System" under the "Link to Project System" drop down
2. When we now try to link this Item Type to a Portfolio Type, we see that this Item Type is not available for selection.
We get to see the Item Type only when the "Link to Project System" drop down element is changed to "Portfolio and Project Management".
The result is that we do not get to see this Item Type under the Portfolio we want to assign this to, and cannot carry the steps further.
Please provide the complete steps requried to confirgure to be able to create PS Project from Portfolio Item.
