Dear Experts,
we have a custom extension map (DS 1.5, google maps API), that receives longitude, latitude and a KPI „utilization“ for certain locations from a BW (problem was observed in local mode with direct connection to BW and BI Platform mode, BW access via BICS connection). Since the map component was added into our dashboard and connected to the data source (working well at first), we observe strange behavior of certain other components within the dashboard. Each time, the dashboard designer clicks on the map component to alter a property for example, the layout of the whole dashboard is completely destroyed. For example, grid layouts shrink to 0 pixels width and height, although their properties keep showing margins of 0 and auto height and auto width. The same goes for buttons and text fields. When we close the dashboard without saving at that point of time, it shows the original layout after reopening and it is (on the BI Platform) also correctly shown in the Browser when we open it via OpenDocument link. If it is saved after it was “destroyed”, it also looks broken in the browser. Designer doesn’t show any error messages - even in debug mode.
Does anybody have any idea, what we could do about that??
