"The user xxxx locked in work order xxxx" cannot be processed

Hi Experts,

I am working on WM6.2 on SMP 3.0. When I am adding multiple notifications through work order from the device, only one notification is updated to ECC. While updating second notification, getting the error "The user 'xxxx' locked in work order 'xxxx' so cannot be processed.When verified, the transaction "Notification post current" had a property(Notification) of type object.Here i could not able to select the notification object. Kindly suggest how to proceed further.

Hi,

The notification work order number is captured in front end transaction when creating notifications from work order.So removed work order number property in notification add from work order transaction in WM6.2(according to the requirement).The issue has resolved.
