Reset or recovery DMO process

Hello,

I have a problem during the migration of our BI system to Hana DB with DMO option. I've opened support ticket to sap support but I don't have any interest answer during several days.

I've the next doubt about the reset or recovery the process. If I push the reset button, the whole migration process will be reset? Or only the execution phase will be reset to the point previous to backup for downtime?

Hello,

I've select the Reset option of DMO process and It has stopped in the follow step.

I've made the backup database and after that I've select again Reset button.

After that Only the first three logs are updated but It seems that It doesn't work.

In the \tmp folder the SAVELOGS.LST is used and refreshed all the time with the same size.

Is it hung the reset process? I've to get a message with the successfull reset?

What can I try?

I've stopped all the process and launch again the SUM.

After that the Reset button didn't appear and select next, after that the SAP instance was started and the reset process was finished.
