List of substitutes to process support messages

Hello everyone,

according to this document you can only select a substitute that is part of the OU the user is assigned to.

Create Substitute to Process Support Messages - SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library

In Workcenter under common tasks, substitutes the entries help shows me all employees and not only the employees which are assigned to my OU. Are there any other settings that need to be maintained?

Obviously you cannot change the selection of bp in UI, you have to use the workcenter.
