Error popup window for user in Personas 2.0

Hi

When we are logging in to the Personas, an error popup windows comes up frequently with a message " You are not allowed to access the system. If this not correct, please contact your system administrator.". How to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Please make sure clientaccesspolicy and crossdomain are configured correctly in the target system.

This will be the cause for this problem.

Also make sure you have configured the URI and URL parameter of the server correctly in your system.

like this,

Server.Url - http://hostname.xyz.com:8000

Service.Uri - /restgui

have you assigned  system to user in /persos/admin_ui -> User management -> User maintenance ?

But we have already assigned the system to the user then also this pop up window is coming for the user.
