Hi,
Please make sure clientaccesspolicy and crossdomain are configured correctly in the target system.
This will be the cause for this problem.
Also make sure you have configured the URI and URL parameter of the server correctly in your system.
like this,
Server.Url - http://hostname.xyz.com:8000
Service.Uri - /restgui

have you assigned system to user in /persos/admin_ui -> User management -> User maintenance ?
