Blank area in the select shop paper screen of QM02

Hello all,

Recently we had a technical upgrade in our ERP system, after that we found when printing shop papers from quality notification, the system pop up below sub-screen:

As you can see, there is a blank area covering half of the screen. Can anybody tell me why the system behaves like this?

My first thought is that you have a custom print program behind your shop papers.  When the upgrade was done, SAP introduced something new into the print dialog that isn't accounted for in your custom program or SAPscript.   This usually happens when programming standards aren't followed or you made a conscious decision somewhere to put in a custom screen or something that wasn't included in the testing of the new patch.
