Hi
We are using TDMS 4.0 SP5.
We have finished our TDMS run. We did NOT yet run “Data
deletion from TDMS Header tables”.
Problem is : I transferred a table in reduced mode, but I
now can see I should have transferred it in full.
What I need is to transfer the table again, I know I would
have to use the troubleshooter in the step “Data selection Start for TDMS
Header tables” and re-execute this step and after that run “Data Transfer Start”
but could someone tell me the exact steps.
I have been looking in SDN but did not find the steps to help me, so if it is
answered in here already could you maybe point me in the right direction –
thank you.
Regards
Stig K. Jensen
Hi Stig,
Below steps can be used to do a full transfer of a table in an existing TDMS package -
1. Change the active phase to 'Data Transfer' using the t-code CNVMBTACTIVE.
2. Run the troubleshooting step - 'Troubleshooting for Migration Objects'--> 'Create New Flat
Migration Objects ' --->
Table Names = <Table Name to be transferred in Full>
3. Monitor the completion of step 2 using the Extended Process monitor.
4. Once the troubleshooting step is completed, then re-run the activities -
Data Selection Start for All Tables
Data Transfer Start
This will allow you to do a full transfer of the table.
Thanks,
Rajesh
