PO Header Text ID is in Grayed out mode

Dear Experts ,

I have created new text id at header level in SPRO settings but it is in grayed out , iam unable to enter text while PO creation

Please check the following SAP notes,

1) 398253 (ME21N/51N: Field selection of texts not considered)

2) 30316 (Problems with the field that are not ready for input in purchasing document)

Hi,

Are other text fields in header editable ? I think this is in standard SAP which allows editing all header text fields or none. What is maintained here: SPRO-MM-Pur-PO-Text for purchase order-define copying rules for header text. select seq 01(header text). Is it N ?

One way out might be putting enhancement in ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST.

Hi Vivek

Standard Header texts are editable , what ever texts i have created , they are only non editable

and as you said i checked , Blank is there for Seq 01 (header text).
