SQL Anywhere 16 connectivity with PHP

There has been another post identical to this one earlier this year, but I can't see the answer.

I have followed the steps outlined in Sybase DocCommentXchange on setting up php with the required dll files.

When I attempt to test the php extension as per the documentation I get the following results.

Apache is 64Bit version on the server. Is the error a result of the 32Bit sqlanywhere extension file attempting to be used on a 64bit Apache service. If so is there a 64bit sqlanywhere php-5.4.12 extension equivalent?

Or do I have to use the 32Bit version of Apache?

Regards

I think this question is being discussed over there on the other forum.

Hi Breck,

Yes it is but not getting too far with it.

I'm sorry about that. I should have prefaced my reply with "Note to other people:" to guide them to the location where conversation had moved.

As far as advice goes, "Wave a dead chicken over the keyboard" is all I have to offer : )

Thanks Breck.

Is that with or without entrails?
