SAP GUI problem remote desktop

Good morning.

I have the following problem with a user.

A  User  asked me to make fonts larger in SAP and i cant change display settings in sap gui. I`m trying to do this within the panel in sap scr2.png (attachment), and getting error sap scr1.png. I have changed font size in different panel too, then restarted SAP but changes didn’t occur even after the SAP restart. When I am trying to find the following file SAPGRAPH.ini I could not find it even I have chosen “show hidden files” in Windows. How can you help me with it?  Do I need a specific permission to edit this file? Or is there the other way to change display settings in SAP.

Hello Bravska,

The end-users should have access to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER branch of the registry for the

SAPgui to work correctly.

See the admin guide for the registry settings.

You can find this in the compilation DVD download in the

\PRES1\DOCU\ folder.
