how to check who and what modification done @ universe

is there any way to check who is working on universe and what modification changes done @ universe.

We can able to see who done the changes on which Universe form audit data base (reports) but we con't see the what changes made on that Universe

here the another issue is which related to universe : need to see which universe is getting hit for report refresh (actually we have 3 to 4 universes with same name with different folders. and users are using their own folders. so we are lacking who is working with which universe. so can we have any options to see which universe is getting hit for report refresh.
