Free space counter in mcm/admin shows incorrect values

Hello.

We noticed, that free space counter in mcm/admin shows incorrect values.

What these values means?

Does anybody face the same issue?

Also we noticed that desktop client menu (right click on the mouse) sometimes shows correct values, sometimes no.

Does anybody face the same behavior?

Hi Boris,

your screenshot of the desktop client indicates that you have 4608MB free of 5000MB, which means you have used 392MB in your My Documents / Shared Documents repository, which is also the value from the Admin UI.

From what I can see everything looks fine. Or did I miss something?

Hi Boris,

the value that you see in mcm/admin is the value that is stored in our database. This is the value that is checked against, when content is added.

The desktop client does not synchronize these values instantly, but in intervals, so the values displayed in clients can differ, but will correct after a while.

But usage in mcm/admin shows absolutely "random" values always. What the "Usage" means?

Please check the value of your my docs and shared docs and then check the value in /mcm/admin.
