Hi Gurus,
We are on SRM 7.01 and we have an issue with PO output email..
PO output email is not getting triggered to Supplier id, it is going to a different person (terminated internal person). We have checked the email id maintained for the supplier, everything is good. But not sure why the email is getting routed to a different person (this person is not a supplier, he is an internal user)

Would you please first check what email id is automatically set in Output tab in header level of PO before ordering this?
If this is correct, then please check if there is any BADI which changed the email id to another person.

Did you check if any substitutes are maintained ?
Also did you check if there is anything hardcoded in the email notification logic .
Lastly is this only a specific case Or is an issue with all the users ..
If it is specific should be a data issue .. and you may need to see all places if the email is maintained correctly like
- SU01D
- Transaction BP
- PPOSV_BBP
