Where to find the physical SDS document once it is generated ??

Dear Experts,

Does anyone know where to find de SDS (file)  once it is generated. The generated SDS can be access via CG50. I can find the meta data in table ESTDH but where can i find the location of the generated SDS file???

Your help will be appriciated.

the answer to your question depends on set up of SAP ERP system (and EHS customizing)

Variant a:) raw report (SDS, SOP, Label etc.) is stored in SAP DMS (ESTDH contains link to document in SAP DMS)

Variant b.) raw report (SDS, SOP, Label etc.) is stored in an "external" DMS and you will find only "reference" to the physical document (plesse check the many threads here about details or SAP set up etc.)

But all this has been discussed quite often here. PLease check this FORUM. Check as well: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-41109

You will find some references there. Check SAP EHS customizing; SAP online help etc.
