ETM Process flow

Dear All,

I am new to ETM module, and just want to know the process flow for ETM. I have gone through help.sap.com and have basic idea about it. What i want is just a simple flow chart that which step will come first just like in Maintenance its Notification > Maintenance order > Order Confirmation > Settlement > Closure

Can anyone explain to me in this simple manner about ETM. Like ETM has Requisition, Shipping Documents, Inquiries and so on. I just need a simple flow chart that what comes first, second and so on.

Hope i clarifies my requirement.
