Queues stuck in smq2 in ECC

Hello Experts,

Scenario is File-Proxy,whenever there is any bulk data placed in ftp,PI process the data but in ECC it gets stucked in smq2 with the message

TIME LIMIT EXCEEDED,and when we manually execute it, the entries are not processed,still the same.

I tried the following steps:

1)Go to SXMB_ADM

De register ,Register and Activate Queues.

2)Delete the entries and placed the file again but still it is going to smq2

Please suggest how to avoid the queue stuck in smq2.

Hi Kalpana,

1. Try with standard job - RSQIWKEX

2. you can also try increasing the ICM timeout parameters (Try in DEV or QA first and then go for PROD)   

- PROCTIMEOUT

-  rdisp/max_wprun_time

#824554  ICM and SAP Web Dispatcher Timeout Parameter and Notes - 1078062, 1389248

3. SMICM - go to - Services - HTTP, edit the keep alive parameter to a greater value and see if it helps.

4. Also check logs in ST22.
