It's very strange things.

Mars,
as discussed above you may consider a user exit or another custom process changing related dates.
Check the possibility in set up a error message in case BUDAT is in future: OBA5, message F5192. Define as E.
best regards

Can you show MIGO GI as well Accounting document screenshots for better understanding. Also why is the date format different than normal?

Check if there are any FI substitutions / User exits / Enhancements in place for the Goods issue transaction. Only FI Substitutions / Enhancements may cause this issue as you are specific that this has happened only for Goods issues.
Also check if this has happened only for Goods issue documents or happened for GR / Transfer postings also.
Most of the times, own developments cause these kinds of issues.
If you are sure that there are no FI substitutions / User exits / Enhancements in place for Goods movement transactions, you may compare how many such documents are posted like that and take it up with SAP.
In addition, what is the fiscal year variant assigned to your company code? I could see the Posting period as 11 of 2015 year.
Hi,
This does not seems to be the standard behavior. Please check for any validations or substitutions.
Thanks and Regards,
Anurag
