NWBC transactions launches in different client

hi, Our users have NWBC deployed to access the ECC system which has multiple clients , we noticed that some transactions gets launced in client 100 while others get from client 110, would anyone know why would a few transactions get their data from a different client .

Hi Jonu,

Just check the user roles via PFCG and make sure they are not pointing to a different target system. If they don't then raise a message with SAP. Btw... what version of NWBC client and server runtime are you using?

Thank you Simon, Our Security guys mentioned that the roles did look OK to them , we have it cross checked , and our NWBC version are

If the menu entries in the roles look correct (not pointing to a target system) and it looks like your versions are fairly new then I would raise a support message and show SAP the problem.
