"Urgent Change is getting generated with Status "In Development", Instead of created"

Hi Experts,

I am in the Process of CHARM Implementation.

Following Documents Have Been created by Me

ZMCR

ZMHF

ZMMJ

Mapping is Done as Follows

ZMCR --> ZMMJ

ZMCR --> ZMHF

I have added the scope in ZMCR as ZMHF, and the ZMCR has been approved.

When the status of the ZMCR is set for " Release for Development", i.e. Beeing Implemented

ZMHF Document is getting generated, but the status of the Document is "In Development".

I want status of the Document to To "Created".

Any Pointers, what could be the issue.

Please set the start and schedule condition to ZMHFHEAD,E0001 and then try again.

Hi,

Please check the below , I had already faced this issue, You need to check the ZMHF instead of ZMMJ. You need to check the action ON_CREATED

there check the method HF_SET_STATUS and value should be E000* that you can check in TJ30 table.

For Normal Change it is fine, But I could not fine On_Created Action for Urgent Change, Can you please help me with this.

Hi,

Yes sure, you need to go to SPPFCADM go to CRM_ORDER click define actions and profiles.

Navigat to ZMHF_ACTIONS and then action definations

then Create a new action there , select as  processing type. HF_SET_STATUS

Enter the user status E0001

Now create the start and schedule condition for same as current status only.

Hi Rishav,

As suggested, I have created a new action definition and condition for urgent change.

under ZMHF_ACTIONS, I have created a New action, With HF_SET_STATUS, with User Status as E0001.

Start and Schedule condition as User Status = E0001++HFHEAD.

But Still no Luck, I am Facing the Same issue.
