Period Structure in Past ( In Planning Book)

Hi Gurus,

I know that with Period Structure , we can toggle between different Time Bucket Profiles in same planning book,. ( Say from Months to weeks)

But this functionality works only for future buckets.

How to use the same for Past Buckets also?

Hi Denish,

You have to open planning book for past period in the define planning book, tab Data View, TB Profile past with options visible and Input activated.

I checked and found that Visible and Input (both) check boxes have been checked.Still period structure doesn't wok for past.

But do you have a DP time bucket profile for past periods?

Hi Marius,

Yes. Time bucket Profile has been assigned for Past and both (Visible and Input) check boxes have been checked .

Still Period structure doesn't change Bucket type in past.

If you can see in the attached screenshots it's possible to open the planning book for past time buckets.

Please compare with your's planning book setup.
