Error 'User id nto authorized for the action' when purchaser tries to open SHC

Hi All,

We are using SRM 7, Extended classic scenario.

Recently upgraded to SP14.

When purchaser clicks on 'shopping cart 'details under 'report' tab, all the shopping cart under the responsible purchasing groups are being disabled but the issue is when purchasr tries to display the shopping cart, an error comes up as "User is nto authorized for the action". there is no issue for the shopping carts which are approved/reviewed by the same purchaser, but he is not able to display the SHCs approved by other purchaser under same purchasing group.

We have checked with authorization team and roles but seems to be no issue with these either. please suggest any note or advice me if I need to check any other settings

Hi Veena,

Would you please check if standard admin role is assigned to this user?
If not, please assign /sapsrm/administrator role to user and retest.

Usually in the Menu tab for this role, it will have one Node such as 'Shopping Cart', and double click it, and you will see its OBN assigned as :

Obj. Type            sc (sc)

Method               detailprof (detailprof)
