serial number in delivery issue

Hi experts,

Serial number placed in delivery extras after invoice creation it is getting black/deleted, this is in development however this works fine in production system which clearly indicates that something is missed in dev and is correct in production client.

Any clues as to where is the problem and what data I shud be comparing in production client so that I can correct in dev client.

Hi Abhishek,

check what serial number profile is assigned to your testing material in development server.

Hi Abhishek,

Just compare the status of Delivery in Development and Production. Also check if there is any  different statuses are being used from development and producttion

you can check statuses in TJ02 table

Thank you Lakshmipathi for the reply, however I have checked OIS2, doesnt seem to be missing anything there.

Note: Serial numbers are getting blank automatically in delivery.
