Hi All,
We are currently using service tickets as our service transaction(bus2000116).We have recently received a requirement to attach URL of the attach document on our service ticket.But the current lay out doesn't have this option (We are currently using copy of IC_AGENT business role with modification).
We have tried to fulfill our requirement by using different layout (say service request as there is an assignment block for attachment which has URL option ), we changed it's logical link's parameter with our transaction and modified the schema to accommodate the change.The outcome was that we were getting our transaction but without code,code group etc(later on we realized that this was the built in behavior ),So because of that limitation we tried other layouts as well but didn't succeed at all.
Is there any simple way to provide that option ,with minimum coding?

Yeah , I wanted to add 'attachments' assignment block to the service ticket.I have fulfill this requirement using BSP workbench.

From our understanding, you want to add 'attachments' assignment block to the service tickets, is it?
May we know in your customer business role, which component/view is being used for the service tickets?
Would you please provide some screenshots to explain your expectations and problems so that we can understand the issue further?
