Commitment column is not showing in S_ALR_87013558 repor.

Dear Expert,

I have an issue regarding the CJE0 report.

While executing the report S_ALR_87013558 commitment column is not visible.

I have created a PR through CN22 for an amount 5000/- but this value is not showing as a commitment in cje0 report.

I am very new here in project system. I have also search the same in SCN but not found a suitable solution.

Try to do this and let us know if this resolves

CJE2 - You can change the report parameter to classical.

Execute report S_ALR_87013558

Select the column, which missing the commitment

Go to Edit - Columns - On/OFF

You will get a pop-up saying the list of fields to be displayed, check whether commitment column is not checked

I am not sure how to check the same for Graphical display.

HI,

On the Selection Screen of S_ALR_87013558 you will find 2 option - Classical and Graphical report .

Try both the option and execute the report.

or i think the output option contains so many columns It might be hide behind some other fields.

Try below commitments reports and check you are getting the commitment or not.

S_ALR_87013533

S_ALR_87013537

Run once CJEN AND CJBN and again execute the report

by same report we are able to see commitment column so can you please check which version of sap you are using and check as sunil suggested above.

extra->report parameter path can display the report name is that 12KST1A? if yes then report should display this column.

setting->display column can display that commitment column if exist. if still not then check CJI5 report commitment is for that project or not?

I have check the same i.e. CJE0-> 12KST1A Budget/Actual/Commitmt/Rem.Plan/Assigned (right click and select display) then click display button then commitment column is coming as same as above screen  but after executing the report 12KST1A under CJE0 commitment column is not showing.

I have not selected any varient.

please check whether you have selected any kind of varient

then check CJE0-> 12KST1A Budget/Actual/Commitmt/Rem.Plan/Assigned (right click and select display) then click display button on right hand for form.

check whether commitment row is coming or not. please check as below
