What key figure should be used to load the demand planning back to ECC?

Hello,

Once the S&OP plan is approved and constrained - what right key figure that should be loaded back to execution SAP/ECC? Right signal to the planners to execute the plan.

In our case production receipt is net out of the inventory on hand (we bring from ECC and net out the demand). If we use product receipts MRP will net out again - giving the wrong signal to the planners.

Do you happen to have any other examples?

Hi Renata,

One example I have is sending the Production Receipts to ECC as PIR (Planned Independent Requirements). PIRs and dependent requirements are then used by MRP to create Planned Orders.
