Hi Boris,
I am from SAP Mobile Documents team. I have installed the .NET Version that you have mentioned above (4.5.2) on a Windows 7 system with Outlook 2013. The Add-in Worked fine.
There could be a possibility of the .NET version getting corrupted. We have come across this during debugging sessions with other customers.
Can you please try to uninstall and install the .NET framework again? And install the Add- in and let us know if it worked.
