Spool Request not yet sent to the host spooler

Hi Experts,

I am facing the problem when my user trying to print print request (spool no) is generated.

But the spool request status is "-". some requests directly printed with status "Completed"

How to correct the spool issue please advise me

Hello Kiran,

if I understand correctly the spool request should be printed immediately.

Would the user like to print immediately to the frontend from a background job? Or the Output Device does not print to the frontend?
