Error Starting management console."Too many sessions are open"

Dear Experts,

I have SAP PCo 15.0 connected to OPC DA source KEPServerEX V 5.15.

I am getting the following error when trying to open the management console.

There are around 270 Agents configured in PCo.

I am able to start all the agents except two. When I try starting these agents I am geting the following error in the logs.

has anybody come across this kind of Error. Any quick response will be much appriciated.
