Support team determination in Solution Manager 7.1

Hi All

We have implemented the support team determination via BRFPlus in CHARM.Now my client has one more new requirement

Usually The system carries out automatically the determination if the support team field is not filled when the RFC is created.

I want to know is there any way to determine even if the support team field is filled in. Any inputs would be highly appreciated.

P.S: We have checked with SAP, they confirmed in standard we dont have this option. Want to know if anyone of you has done customization
