A quick question that I haven't been able to find the answer for:
Where do I go to customise the priority list when creating messages in Solution Manager 4.0?

Display the reference IMG (call transaction SPRO and choose "SAP Reference IMG" button).
Choose SAP Solution Manager -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Service Desk -> Maintain categories and priorities -> Edit priorities of dates.

Actually it depends how you are creating your Support Messages.
For <b>CRMD_ORDER</b> Tom's method is correct.
For <b>NOTIF_CREATE</b> it is
transaction DNO_CUST01
Select the SLF1 row
Double-click the Priorities Folder
Change the Values
Click the save button
I'm still not sure where it is for For <b>Help > Create Support Message</b>
I personally think it is crazy that there is three different places.
