how to create oss message without added system to sap

Hi ,

I am going to install IDES server but not able to connect download manager in sap market place this is a first installation system .

currently there is not added system in market place because without hardware key i can not add the system .pls help

Are you able to login to SMP with your S user account? Have you confirmed the configuration for

Download Manager is correct?

Hi ,

Yes i am able to login sap market place through internet explorer main problem is sap download manager not able to connect . I have checked other user id working properly it means there is no problem in sap download manager or network . But problem i am not able to rese the message to sap because i have install first system so still system to added in sap market place i can not rase the message to sap .

so any idea without added system   how can rease the messege to sap
