Not installed software component SAINT

We have the following problem:

When i try to install this component in the saint transaction,  i cant install that.

Do you  have any idea for this problem ?

I was wrong with the component BBPCRM is not istalled in the System.

do you need something more?

The version for IDES is  740   EHP 7.

This software is a IDES,  yes this component is installed.

I cant  install that beacuse this  is  imported but not installed in the System,

Can you please suggest what do you mean "Yes this component is installed ", if it is installed are you trying to import again ?

Can you see what's the dependencies for the component. Is it a CRM system are you using BBPCRM ?
