How many S4 ABAP instances

Hi,

I need to size an S4 migration and ERP DB is 3TB and currently runs heavy pricing runs over about 6x64 GB RAM ABAP instances.

There is all the advice in the world out there about sizing the database but how do I assess the ABAP instance requirements? I imagine they stay the same until new functionality is used... would that be the correct approach?

Any help soonish highly appreciated

Reference: Please note that SAP doesn't expect any changes concerning CPU, memory and network requirements for the ABAP application server. This means that the existing hardware and network infrastructure can still be used.

So far I haven't heard anything different from the above so I assume this is still valid for S4 as well to a large extent.
