TMS9.1 Bad Speed and Performance

Dear All,

Greetings, hope you all are doing great.

We are encountering the speed issue in NWBC4.0 in general. Like screen takes time to load, new page takes time to load, cockpit takes time to load, if I click at freight order then it takes time to open up etc.

We have a patch level of SP04, most have encountered such issues before with other clients? Can you please assist here with valuable advise.

Even in collaboration portal we are facing many issues, it is quite slow to load, sometimes response time date is not visible, RFQ which is already accepted is shown in pending status. Any idea here?

Hello,

When we select the selection profile and go to Transportation planning run then get below message:

Performance issue detected

Message no. /SCMTMS/AC099

Diagnosis

The system detected a performance problem with the current system setup.

Procedure

Read the "Performance" section in SAP Note 1766730 to learn how to accelerate data extraction for POWLs, value help, or queries. Severity grade: 65
