I do not use a global copy of the landscape xml.. When I gave users a new copy of SAPUILLANDSCAPE.XML, one of them is having an issue with the display. Duplicate entries for the ABAP system are shown and there is no Folder called NWBC Admin Configuration like there is on everyone else's. I have attached screen shots.

They have activated different views.
Good pad is using workspace view
Bad pad is using List view
Hence the workspace NWBC Admin is not visible in List View.
