No authorization OR invalidated view errors

Hi folks,

Today when trying to perform data previews on many views in our staging environment that have been working fine prior to today I'm getting either NO AUTHORIZATION or "Invalidated View" errors on almost all views.  I have MODELING access with full authorization to ALL views.  If I simply open the view and redeploy they work fine after.  I'm not clear what is causing all of these views to suddenly have these issues.  Any tips to look at?

Hi Michael,

Nice document.  However I dont think my particular issue is authorisations related, as I can data preview other views in same package, and I have _SYS_BI_CP_ALL.

Now we are having problem redeploying views with error

:SQL: transaction rolled back by an internal error: column store error: logical index creation error:  [2950] user is not authorized;user _SYS_REPO is not authorized to read from: "_SYS_BIC"."etc...

Hi Patrick,

Ever get to the root cause of your invalidated view issues?

Getting the same when importing complete delivery units.  HANA db revision is 102.1.  Redeploying the view(s) does not resolve.
