Change of message server port in SAPUILANDSCAPE.XML

I moved my development environment to a new server and the message server port changed. I updated the XML file with the new port but for some reason when I try to connect it is still trying to use the old port. I suspect it is a caching issue but I am not sure what to clear out. I have rebooted, turned off "Allow caching of server configuration files", and made sure there were no overriding entries in the services file but it is still trying to hit the old port.

I fixed it! I generated a new UUID for the Message Server entry.
