Error on stock posting screen

Hi all

We are trying post a stock take for items that have bin locations and batch numbers, and we are getting this error:

Internal error while creating serials or batches; contact your support center.

We are busy in a test environment and some batch number on the stock take scanned file was not in sap..so we created a few of them and then tried to post the stock take again.

Is this the correct way and is that causing the error?

Hi All

just to add to that.

We tested one warehouse now where all the batch numbers that were counted are in SAP B1, however we still get the same error.

Any ideas?
